The $75 cleaning fee covers general cleaning after rental. If the house is left in a state that requires excessive cleaning or repair, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Conditions whereby this may occur include, but are not limited to: cleaning after children and other messes; cleaning and sanitation after evidence of pets, smoking residue, and bodily fluids ($250); evidence of over occupancy ($500); missing items; disregard, disrespect or damage to private property. Charges, above labor and material costs, may apply.
